Hm… So, my tumor markers have gone down since my surgery — but not as far down as we’d hoped. I’m supposing we’ll want to do these tests again in a couple of months to see what’s happening.
Actually, my doctor tells me that we’ll want to do these tests again in one month. He had expected the levels to go down lower than this and suggests that this may affect what Dr. Esquivel wants to do with me (assuming my referral to him goes through without a hitch.) I’m guessing that means the “mother of all surgeries” sooner rather than later.
